Ingredients

4 Packet Memories Hazelnut cream-filled wafer

Toffee sauce

1 Cup Sugar

1 Large spoon Water

1 Cup Liquid cream

Directions

11. Toffee sauce: In a small (cooking) pot, put sugar and water, and then put the pot on moderate fire with gentle whipping from time to time until the sugar melts and turns into golden color.

22. Add cream carefully, let it boil for 3 minutes, and then take it away from fire. Let it cool down completely.

33. Pour toffee sauce in small-size plates, and serve it with Hazelnut cream.

Prepare toffee sauce in your kitchen easily; keep it in the refrigerator to be ready for service with wafer any time.
