1- Bring individual glass plates or a large oven plate. Break Memories Butter puff pastry, spread it in the plates, and then spread the mixed nuts, Raisins, and coconut.
2- In a (cooking) pot, heat the milk, water, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture in the plates; let them a few minutes to absorb the mixture.
3- Heat the oven till it is 160°C; put the plate in the oven until it color turns golden, and then serve it hot.
Prepare many Umm Ali plates and keep them in the refrigerator. It is easy to heat them next day morning to have them eaten in the breakfast.
