1In a medium size bowl, heat butter over medium heat. Add Memories Biscuits and stir for 2 minutes until roasted and fragrant.
2Add dates, cardamom, cinnamon and sesame. Stir with a wooden spoon and continue heating until smooth and combined.
3Put the mixture (Skim) in a separate plate, let it cool and serve with coffee.
You can add coconut, pistachio, or walnut.
You may cut the keshd into small pieces and serve in paper cups with coffee.
Cream is added if desired.
