Ingredients

Cake mixture

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons backing powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 salt sprinkle

1 tablespoon Cocoa powder

3 eggs

1 Cup sugar

1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

1/4 cup Corn oil

1 cup butter milk

Coffee

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon instant coffee

Biscuit layer

2 (200g) packets Memories Biscuits, cut into pieces

1/2 cup butter

1 cup cream

1 large packet sweetened milk

150g chocolate

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180c. Grease a 9 inch pan and sprinkle flour on bottom.

2Cake mixture: Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.

3Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add oil, butter milk and flour. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let to cool.

4 Coffee: Put sugar, water, lemon juice and coffee in the pot. Let boil for 8 minutes. Make small holes in cake then pour on coffee syrup.

5 Memories Biscuits layer: Put butter, cream, milk and chocolate in a pan. Warm the mixture until boiling, then add Memories Biscuits to the cake and pour on mixture in pan. Keep it in the refrigerator until all ingredients are firm.

Tips
You can prepare the cake and keep it in the refrigerator for two days.
