1- Bring suitable service plate.
2- Dissolve the jelly in hot water then add cold water, pour the jelly in a plate and put it in a refrigerator to solidify.
3- Spread memories biscuits over the jelly.
4- Custard: put the milk in a pot with the custard powder and sugar. Stir to dissolve the custard, then put the pot on medium heat fire and stir continuously until it becomes thick, spread the custard over the memories biscuits, let it to cool.
5- Stir the cream and sugar with the whisk, spread it over the custard and distribute the orange. Put it in a refrigerator to cool down totally, then serve it.
