11. Put Memories Biscuit, cream, and cinnamon in a deep plate. Stir them by your fingers to get soft dough.
22. Bring small-size tart molds, put piece of the dough in the mold, and press it to cover the bottom and edges.
33. Heat the oven till it is 180°C, and then bake the tart till they turn into golden color. Let it cool down completely.
44. Custard: put the milk, water, custard powder and cacao in a (cooking) pot, and stir until they melt; put the mixture on moderate fire with continuous stirring until the mixture gets sticky, let it cool down completely. Fill the tart with custard, spread the hazelnuts over it, and then serve it.
You can bake the tart in advance and keep it in a tightly-sealed vessel in the refrigerator to be used when needed. Fill it with any stuffing you want and serve it.
