11. Bring a 9-inch, base-moving mold. Put some pieces of Butter puff pastry in the mold's bottom.
22. Dip Memories Butter puff pastry in the strawberry sauce, and then stuff it over the mold's sides to be covered completely.
33. In the mixer's bowl, put the liquid cream, cream, cheese, and sugar, fix the whisk, and then turn the mixer on until the mixture becomes creamy and delicate.
44. Spread a layer of cream and a layer of Memories Butter puff pastry. Spread the remaining cream, put the product in the cooler (refrigerator) to be sticky, and then serve it.
