MEMORIES ROLL

Ingredients

4 packets (400g) Memories Biscuits

1 teaspoon cardamom

1 1/4 cup sweetened milk

2 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 cup chopped pistachio

Directions

1Crush Memories Biscuits and put them in deep bowl. Add cardamom and stir well to be mixed. Gradually add milk and continue stirring until it becomes smooth.

2 Add cocoa powder to half of the dough. Knead the dough with your fingertips until ingredients become well mixed.

3 On parchment paper, stretch out the coca dough to 30 cm square. Stretch out white dough to the same size. Place one dough over the other and roll them up.

4 Roll them in pistachio, keep them in the refrigerator until firm, then cut them into slices.

Tips
- You may use a variety of nuts, as desired.
- You may keep the roll in the freezer for several days.
