2 Packet Ground Memories tea biscuit

1 Packet (155 gm) Cream

1/2 Cup Date paste

1 Small spoon Fine cardamom

1 Small spoon Fine cinnamon

For decoration: powdered sug


11. In a deep plate, put Memories tea biscuits and cream; stir by your fingers to get soft dough.

22. In a plate, put the dates, cardamom, and cinnamon; stir the ingredients to mix, and then shape them into small balls.

33. Take a piece of dough, shape it as a round flat loaf, put a date ball in the middle. Get the dough around the dates and then put it in Mamool mold. Press the dough ball to get Mamool's shape, and then put Mamool in a short-edged tray.

44. Heat the oven till it is 170°C; bake Memories Mamool until its color turns golden. Let it cool down completely, spread sugar over it, and serve it.
