Ingredients

3 Packets (300g) Memories Biscuits

2 cups fine coconut

1 teaspoon fine cardamom

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 box sweetened milk - large

1 cup vermicelli

150g melted chocolate

Directions

1 Crush Memories Biscuits, put in deep bowl. Add coconut, cardamom and peanut butter then stir until mixed.

2 Add milk gradually and keep stirring with a wooden spoon until is becomes a soft dough.

3 Split dough into small balls and dip a stick in the middle of each ball.

4 Leave the balls in a tray for 10 minutes until firm.

5 Dip the balls in the melted chocolate then in vermicelli, leave until ingredients adhere and serve.

Tips
- Share your kids best memories with Memories Biscuits and ask them to help you when preparing wonderful recipes.
- You may keep the sucker biscuits in a sealed box for two days.
- For different taste and shape try white chocolate.
- Crushed nuts can be used to cover the lollipop.
