11. In a deep plate, put Memories biscuits and cream. Stir them by your fingers to make soft dough.
22. Using a rolling-pin, extend the dough between two pieces of parchment papers, so that its thickness becomes 1/4 inch. Using biscuits cutter, cut and shape the dough as desired.
33. Heat the oven till it is 180°C, put the shapes in short-edged tray, and then bake them until they turn into golden color. Let them cool down completely.
44. Sugar sauce: put sugar in a plate and add milk gradually to make soft dough. Pour the sauce in small plates, put a drop of color additives in each plate and then stir. Pour the sugar sauce over the biscuits, let them dry up completely. Now they are ready for service.
