1Put a plastic sheet in a cake pan.
2Mix ice cream with Memories Cream.
3Chop Memories s into small pieces then add to ice cream and cream mixture.
4Pour the mixture into the pan and let to cool for 6-8 hours in freezer.
5When serving: turn the cake pan upside down, melt the chocolate with two spoons of Memories Cream (or more – as desired) and cover the cake with it.
6Garnish as desired.
