1Set aside one tablespoon of milk.
2In a deep bowl, put Memories Biscuits, cardamom, almond, coconut, and the remaining milk and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture turns into a soft dough. Leave the dough for awhile.
3Split dough into large pieces in a date kernel form.
4Stuff dates with dough leaving them somewhat open to show the dough. Rub dough surface lightly with a little sweetened milk.
5Place nuts or any other desired garnish in the stuffed side, coating it well. Serve in cupcake paper cups.
Select large date pieces and manage the filling amount accordingly.
After mixing dough components, you'll notice that it is a bit sticky but in a few minutes, Memories Biscuits will soak up milk and turn solid.
