11. In a bowl, put the biscuits, date, butter, rose water and cardamom. Mix with you fingertips until smooth dough forms.
32. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls.
53. Dip the date ball in the melted chocolate and then put in the cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and then serve.
Substitute the cocoa powder with icing sugar, ground nuts or coconut for different flavor.
