1Put Memories Biscuits, coconut and cinnamon in a deep bowl.
2Add milk gradually and keep stirring with a wooden spoon until producing a soft dough.
3Split dough into small balls. Make a hole in the center of each using your finger.
4Remove and replace the kernel with an almond after splitting each date into two. Fill the hole of each ball with one of the two halves and seal the dough up over it.
5Spread chocolate all over using a pastry bag. Serve in cupcake paper cups.
- Desserts can be preserved for days in a well-closed metal box.
- Cashew and hazelnuts may also be used for stuffing. Dark chocolate can also be used instead of white chocolate.
