2 packets Memories Biscuits (large 165g packets)

1 packet ready-made cake mix

1 packet Philadelphia light cheese – large

2 packets whipping cream

1/2 cup milk

1 packet Memories Cream

Different kinds of chocolate of choice

150g dark chocolate


11. Bake the ready-made cake and divide in two layers.

22. In a whipping bowl, add the whipping cream together with milk and whip until smooth and well combined. Add cheese and Memories Cream.

33. Cut chocolate into small pieces and add to mixture, continue stirring with spoon, cut Memories Biscuits into small pieces and add to mixture.

44. On a serving plate, put one layer of cake and another of the mixture, repeat respectively and melt chocolate.

55. Cool for 6 hours in freezer.

66. Garnish with biscuits.
