Ingredients

2 packets (200g) Memories Biscuits – ground

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon fine cardamom

1 box sweetened milk – large

1 cup toasted hazelnut – whole

Garnish: fine coconut / vermicelli / ground Memories Biscuit

Directions

1 Put 2 cups of Memories Biscuits (ground) in a deep bowl and add cocoa, cardamom and hazelnuts using a wooden spoon to stir well. Add milk gradually and keep stirring until having a soft dough.

2 Place a piece of the hazelnut in the center of the dough making a ball.

3Place the rest of Memories Biscuits in a plate and the coconut in another plate.

4Roll Memories balls in biscuits, coconut, or vermicelli to coat well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with coffee.

Tips
- As you grind Memories Biscuits using a kitchen machine, avoid putting in a big amount one time. Place grind a few biscuit pieces first, then remove and place another amount inside and so on.
- For different tastes of filling, you can use walnut, almond or peanuts. If not available, you can make this recipe without nuts.
