1 1/2 packets Memories Biscuits (large 165g packets)
1/2 cup flour
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Date paste with cardamom and ground fennel
1 Grind Memories Biscuits.
2Mix all other ingredients and knead to form a solid dough.
3Form into small balls and stuff with dates.
4Place each ball in the Ma'amoul pan, arrange them on a tray and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180c degrees.
5Let to cool and ice with fine sugar.
