Ingredients

4 Packets 100 grams Memories Premium Tea Biscuits, ground

1 Tablespoon Backing powder

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom

3 Large Eggs

1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

¾ Cup Water

½ Cup Icing sugar

½ Cup Corn oil

Chocolate Sauce:

1 Cup Milk

1 Large Egg

1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

½ Cup Cocoa powder

1 ½ Cup Sugar

11. Fit the middle rack in the oven. Preheat oven to 180c. Butter a 9-inch pan.

32. In a bowl, put the eggs, vanilla extract, water, sugar and oil. Whisk until well mixed. Add the biscuits, baking powder, cinnamon

4and cardamom. Stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Pour in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool.

63. Chocolate sauce: in a saucepan, put the milk, egg, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and sugar, whisk until well mixed. Put the

7saucepan on medium heat and stir until smooth sauce forms. Spread on the cake.

Tips
For extra spicy taste, add ground ginger and cloves for the cake mixture.
