11. Put the milk in a pot, heat it on moderate fire with continuous stirring till it turns to golden color. Let it cool down completely.
22. In a mixer's vessel, put the roasted milk, sugar, cream and water. Turn the mixer on till the mix becomes fragile.
33. Bring a plate for service, dip a piece of memories biscuit in the mix, and then put in the plate. Repeat this process to get flakes of biscuit.
44. Disperse the remaining mix to the biscuit in the plate. Put the plate in the cooler (refrigerator) to cool down completely, scatter coconut over it, and then serve it.
