Ingredients

2 Packet Ground Memories tea biscuit

1 Packet (155 gm) Cream

1/4 Cup Apricot jam

For decoration: powdered sugar

Directions

1- Put Memories biscuits and cream in a large plate, and stir by your fingers to get soft dough.

2- Using the rolling-pin, extend the dough between two pieces of butter papers, so that its thickness becomes 1/4 inch.

3- Using a 2-inch biscuits cutter, cut the dough into circles, and using 1-inch cutter, cut half the circle's quantity from the middle to have vicious circle-shaped dough, and then put it in short-edged trays.

4- Heat the oven till it is 180°, and then bake the biscuits till it turns into golden color, and let it cool down completely.

5- Using metal knife, disperse small quantity of jam over the non-vicious biscuit pieces, and then put the vicious circles over it. Press them slightly to stick together, disperse sugar, and serve them.

Tips
For the spiced biscuits lovers, add some cardamoms, ginger and cinnamon to the dough.
