1Stir and blend Memories Biscuits, sugar, hazelnuts, pistachio, honey and jam well in a deep bowl.
2Open the peach box, place peach halves on a piece of kitchen paper to dry completely.
3Fill peach halves with biscuit mixture.
4Refrigerate for a better taste or serve directly.
- Other types of fruits can be used such as pears or apricot.
- If fresh fruits such as peach, pears, or apples, are available, they can be boiled for few seconds in a light syrup, then used instead of preserved fruit.
- Jam can be added if desired and according to the type used. Add jam gradually until biscuit crumbs get consistently spread but make sure it does not turn dough.
- Nuts can be used in any way you please and cardamom can be added to biscuits.
