11. In a small saucepan, put the ghee, anise, fennel, black seed, cardamom and cinnamon. Put the pan on medium heat and stir until very aromatic. Stir in the milk and date until it becomes soft. Let the mixture cool.
32. Spread some of the date mixture on one biscuit and cover with another biscuit.
53. Roll the stuffed biscuits sides in the pistachio, and then serve.
Wrap date cookies with plastic wrap and put in your kids lunch box for the school. It is a very healthy snack for them.
