11. Custard: put the milk, custard powder and sugar in a (cooking) pot, and stir until the custard melts. Put the pot on moderate fire with continuous stirring until the mixture gets sticky.
22. Pour half of custard quantity in a suitable service plate, put in it pieces of Memories butter puff pastry, pour the remaining custard quantity, and then spread Memories butter puff pastry over it.
33. Put the pot in a cooler (refrigerator) until it cools down completely, garnish it with strawberry and then serve it.
