1Prepare small individual plates.

3Yellow custard mixture: Place milk, custard, honey, and cardamom in a stainless steel bowl, stir to melt, then heat over medium heat stirring constantly until consistent. Then spread all the remaining Memories Biscuits all over the top.
4Brown custard mixture: Place milk, custard, sugar, and cacao in a stainless steel bowl, stir to melt, then heat over medium heat stirring constantly until consistent. Spread all over Memories Biscuits.
5 Refrigerate for two hours for a better taste.
