Ingredients

1 1/2 packets (150g) Memories Biscuits – ground

Yellow custard mixture

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon custard powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon fine cardamom

Brown custard mixture

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon custard powder

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons cacao

- Garnish: chocolate / Memories Biscuits

Directions

1Prepare small individual plates.

2Distribute half of Memories Biscuits quantity among plates.

3Yellow custard mixture: Place milk, custard, honey, and cardamom in a stainless steel bowl, stir to melt, then heat over medium heat stirring constantly until consistent. Then spread all the remaining Memories Biscuits all over the top.

4Brown custard mixture: Place milk, custard, sugar, and cacao in a stainless steel bowl, stir to melt, then heat over medium heat stirring constantly until consistent. Spread all over Memories Biscuits.

5 Refrigerate for two hours for a better taste.

Tips
- This recipe can be prepared in one big plate.
- Spread warm custard all over Memories Biscuits directly to soak up, soften and give them a better taste.
