CROCKAN BISCUIT DESSERT

1 Place large serving plate or some small individual plates on the dinning table.
2Almond crockan: Place aluminum foil on a tray, grease with oil, then set aside. Heat sugar on a medium heat until turns caramel. Add almond and stir until covered with caramel. Place on the tray, set aside to cool. Crumble sugar and almond.
3 Cream mixture: Blend the liquid cream, cream, sugar, milk, coffee in the blender to get a soft mixture.
4 Coffee syrup: Place water and coffee in a deep bowl.
5Soak some Memories Biscuits well in coffee, then place in the serving plate. Spread some cream all over, add another coffee-soaked Memories Biscuits layer, spread cream all over and repeat that again.
6Refrigerate for two hours until cream turns solid. Top with crockan and serve.
