11. The cream: put the cream and sugar in the mixer's bowl; turn the mixer on until it gets sticky.
22. Toffee sauce: in a small (cooking) pot, put sugar and water, put the pot on moderate fire until the sugar melts and its color turns golden, with quiet stirring. Add the cream carefully, let it boil for 3 minutes, and let it cool down completely.
33. In a spacious service plate, put a layer of cream, spread Memories date cookies and little toffee sauce. Repeat this process until you all ingredients are consumed. Put the product in the cooler (refrigerator) until it gets sticky and cold, and then spread pistachio over it. Now it is ready for service.
