11. Put the Memories biscuits in a dish, add the cocoa and one third of the cream amount, mix with your finger tips until the ingredients are mixed, then pour it in a 13×7 pan to become a flat layer.
22. Put the rest of the cream, sugar and cheese in the mixer jar, mix it then spread it over the biscuits.
33. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C, bake the mixture until it's solid, and then let it cool down. Spread the cocoa over it. Now it is ready to be served.
