11. Bring serving cups.
32. In a bowl, put the milk and lemon juice, whisk well and put aside for 3 minutes until the milk becomes a light thick paste.
53. Add the cheese, cocoa and coffee, whisk until very smooth.
74. Put some of the cheese mixture in the cups, put some biscuits. Repeat the step to fill the cups.
95. Put the cups in the refrigerator. Decorate with chocolate and serve.
For a quick serving, in a large serving dish put some biscuits, spread the cheese mixture and top with more biscuits.
