

CHOCOLATE BISCUIT

Directions
1In a deep bowl, put Memories Biscuits, cardamom, almond, coconut, and the remaining milk and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture turns into soft dough. Leave the dough for awhile.
2Place parchment paper in a large tray.
3Take about half a cup of dough, form into rope and press on all sides to make it square. Use a knife to cut into cubes or rectangles as desired.
4Place the dough on a fork tines, drop in melted chocolate, shake off the excess chocolate. Place the chocolate covered dough on parchment paper.
5Decorate with white chocolate using a pastry bag forming curved lines. Place in a cool place until solid.
6Refrigerate for two hours until solid. Top with crocan and serve.
Tips
- Memories Biscuit dough can be formed into small balls and coated with chocolate.
- Walnuts, hazelnuts or peanuts can also be used.
