1 Prepare suitable cups for serving. Pour a little sauce inside each cup.
2Grind Memories Biscuits and set some biscuits aside for garnishing. Add butter, cinnamon, and cardamom and stir with your finger tips until butter disappears and biscuits turn crumbly. Distribute among cups.
3Pour milk, cream caramel (powder only), cheese and vanilla in the blender jar and mix till smooth and combined.
4Spread some sauce and garnish with Memories Biscuits. Refrigerate for two hours.
This recipe can be served in small cups or Turkish coffee cups.
