Ingredients

1 Packet Memories Tea Biscuit

Sauce:

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

2 Large spoon Mustard (yellow sauce)

1/2 Small spoon Powdered garlic

1/2 Small spoon Paprika

1/2 Small spoon Crushed hot sauce

2 Small spoon Balsamic vinegar

2 Medium-sized Cucumber cut into thin fingers

2 Medium-sized Carrot cut into thin fingers

Directions

11. Sauce: In a deep plate, put the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, paprika, hot sauce and vinegar. Whip them well to mix.

22. Put Memories Biscuits, cucumber, and carrot in a service plate, and serve it accompanied by the sauce.

Tips
Make the sauce one day earlier and keep it in the refrigerator in a tightly-sealed jar, to make it tasty.
