Ingredients

2 Packets 100 grams Memories Biscuit Premium Tea Biscuits

The Cream:

1 Cup Milk

¾ Cup Thick cream

4 Tablespoons Cornstarch

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Tablespoon Rose water

To serve:

Sugar syrup, Pistachio, Lemon flowers jam

11. The Cream: In a saucepan put milk, thick cream, cornstarch, sugar and rose water, whisk until smooth. Put the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the mixture thickens. Let cool.

32. In a serving plate, put one biscuit, add some cream, put another biscuit then add more cream. Serve with sugar syrup.

Tips
Serve the biscuits and the cream separately and let your guests enjoy customizing their own dessert.
