11. Spread Memories tea biscuit over a piece of parchment paper, cover the biscuits with date, and then spread the nutmeg, pistachio, and almond.
22. Hold the paper's end and turn the dates, gently press it for biscuits to stick with dates. Make the biscuits and date roll in a triangle-like shape, and then wrap it with parchment papers.
33. Enter the roll into refrigerator (cooler), and then cut the roll into triangular shape using a knife. Now it is ready for service.
You can add little cardamom, crocus and cinnamon to date paste to get Gulf-liked taste.
