1 Place parchment paper on 9 inch square pan with ends outside.
2Chop Memories Biscuits into large pieces.
3Put butter, milk, sugar, cardamom and cacao together in a bowl on low heat and stir constantly for 4-5 minutes until boiling, making sure sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add biscuits then stir until combined.
4Pour the mixture in the pan, make the surface even and put in the refrigerator until well firm. Split into cubes.
- To have a different taste, you can add 2 tablespoons of finely grated coconut or your favorite nuts to the mixture.
- To enjoy a coffee taste, add one tablespoon instant coffee.
