Ingredients

2 Packets 100 gram Memories Premium Tea Biscuits, ground

3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom

1 Cup Ground Coconut

1 Can 395ml Sweetened condensed milk

50 Pieces Roasted whole Hazelnuts

Topping: Ground Coconut

Directions

11. In a bowl, put the biscuits, cocoa powder, cardamom, coconut, and milk. Mix it with your fingertips until smooth dough forms. Set aside for 15 minutes.

32. Take a small amount from the biscuits dough, form into a small round, put a hazelnut in the middle and warp it to form a small ball.

53. Roll the balls in the coconut.

Tips
Roasting the hazelnut enhance the crunchiness of the hazelnuts inside the balls. Use any kind of nuts you like.
