1Put Memories Biscuits in a deep bowl, add dates, cardamom, Nigella Sativa, saffron and oil.
2 Blend Memories Biscuits with dates well with your fingertips.
3Add tahini gradually and keep stirring until you get a soft dough.
4Form dough into balls as desired, roll in sesame, then serve.
- The amount of tahini added depends on date type and tahini type as well, so add it gradually until you get a soft dough.
- Avoid kneading too much so that oil will not leak from tahini, getting dough full of oil.
- To preserve the balls, keep in a well-closed box in the refrigerator for days.
